I need a valuation done because I am considering buying a business and I need to know what information the seller needs to complete the valuation. A list of some items would be helpful. Thanks.

Answer by sdn90036Look at tax returns. Base the valuation on the actual income or loss that the business made based upon the tax returns that have been filed. Look at the last three years to look for a trend.
