I had two choices for my password reset for Hotmail. 1) have my password instructions emailed to me (to my currently locked out Hotmail account) or 2) Provide my location information and answer a secret question. I was probably living in Atlanta when I signed up for Hotmail - so I set the options for Atlanta. But ---- why is the secret question in SPANISH?
