I am looking for information regarding the associated timelines and rights of an individual making a request to a homeowner's association. In this case, the owner of a mobile home in a mobile home park made a request to rent the property to potential tenants as opposed to selling the property outright due to the current state of the real estate market. A request for consideration was made more than 30 days ago with no reply on the part of the homeowner's association.
